Calling all Gardeners!!
Get ready for your spring planting! Join Tulsa Garden Center, 2435 S. Peoria as they host the annual SpringFest Garden Market and Festival on April 11 and 12 from 9am to 4pm. This is the place to find every imaginable type of plant, gardening information, garden art, food and fun.
Area nurseries will offer garden favorites such as impatiens, begonias and herbs, as well as more unusual varieties. Nurseries participating this year include Utopia Gardens, Timber Ridge Farms, MB Gardens and Colebrook Nursery. Linnaeus Gardeners will be available to answer all your gardening questions. They will also be selling a large assortment of pass-along plants from their own gardens.
Bring the whole family and get ready to spend a fun filled day at this spring event. On Saturday children will have the opportunity to enjoy face painting and the many different balloon sculptures created by the fabulous Gentle Jesters. Enjoy shopping among the beautiful landscape of the mansion’s front lawn where you will find plants, unique items for you, your home and garden. On the front veranda there will be a Window Box Contest for all Tulsa Garden Center Affiliate groups. The Affiliates are very creative, so be sure to check out all their beautiful window boxes. Fun for everyone! Refreshments will be available.

Visitors are also encouraged to visit the Garden Center Gift Shop, where they will find even more garden related items and unique gifts, and beautiful Linnaeus Teaching Gardens, a state-of-the-art demonstration garden in Woodward Park which offers an array of ideas for the home gardener.
