Southroom
The Southroom retains all of the ambiance of the original home. The ornate ceilings, candelabras, chandeliers, and many windows will take you back to a more elegant time. The room will accommodate up to 80 people for a sit down dinner. Ceremonies are popular in this room. It will seat between 100 and 130 for a ceremony or lecture. The Verandah and/or Foyer may be rented for additional space. This room is included in the First Floor Proper events rental. The Southroom is handicapped accessible and is a smoke-free environment. Parking includes 116 spaces with 4 handicapped spaces. Tables and chairs are available with rental upon request.
